Chris Dandridge

Managing Director

Former Senior Contract Manager at Barton Grange Landscapes responsible for four departments as well as leading major projects and schemes, the £1.5m heritage redevelopment of Winckley Square Gardens in Preston being a personal favorite of his. Chris brings a wealth of experience and leadership to drive the business and thrives in delivering quality service and standards.

Guy Machin

Landscape Manager

Guy joined the business in July 2025, an iOSH and Dip-HE qualified Landscape Manager with 20 years operational experience and 9 years contract management experience, including 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Josh Dandridge

Landscape Supervisor

Quickly joining Chris in the business was his son Josh. Josh has played a pivotal role in delivering projects on site. With nearly 10 years experience in both groundwork and landscaping, Josh has been instrumental in building the business from the ground up.

Egidijus Zulys

Landscape Foreman

Swiftly joining Josh on the ground in operations was former colleague Egidijus (affectionately known as Eg!) With over 15 years soft landscaping experience, Eg loves getting stuck in on site, turning gardens into green oases.

Operations and Business Support

Internal & External Operations, Customer Service & Project Support

The business currently operates three landscape teams and two grounds maintenance teams with senior oversight provided by Chris & Guy. Additionally, Chris’ wife Sally (Director) and daughter Ella provide business support via a combined people, finance and administration function.
